One button

Henrik Vibskov cardigan, Erin Wasson x RVCA knit skirt, thrifted vest, Number (N)ine snakeskin bracelet, vintage Taxco bracelet, antique cross bracelet, silver hammered ring, Chloe boots

Super busy day ahead. I picked up this single button vest while thrifting (a rare occurance). My new favorite thing - I need more vests.

i love this whole look-- the cardigan is lovely and i really like how your red vest breaks up the monotone-nice to see you wearing colour! :.)

yay for more posting :)

Love this outfit and all the layering! Isn't it way hot in Cali to wear so much clothing though? We have been stuck by a heat wave even here in Finland and all my lovely knits have to stay hiding in the closet until the weather cools down.

Nice! My eyes did a double take when I saw you in this outfit. Still very much you but something is different about it...

I'm the opposite - I have a lot of vests but never wear them! Maybe if I lived in Cali things would be different. ;)

Yes, thrifting is fun. It must be better in SF? Anyways, that cardigan is so beautiful. You always have the greatest pieces.

I hope you get blown to pieces by a fire cracker! Happy july 4th ugly.

Jaayarin, I'm not hating, obviously you don't appreciate originality. How can you say you love the ways she puts an outfit together when it's been done EXACTLY the same already. All I see here is Rumi hairstyle, Rumi wedges, Rumi skirt, Rumi boots... need I go on?

Anonymous said...

Bc its not a fucking "rumi" skirt you idiot. Now go hang out on her blog if you cant get your head out of her ass.

nice outfit! it fits u perfectly;)

I think this is probably my favorite outfit I've seen in awhile. You've got me motivated to go make my own grey skirt.

Im with you on the vests, but I can never find some that are normal length, instead of "shrunken" which just looks dumb.

M said...

nice style

soilikethelike said...

ooh, i have been eying that skirt for a while, it look even better seeing it one someone, you look great

Anonymous said...

To the anonymous hater who insists Lulu cops from Rumi: Are you fucking serious? ... "Rumi wedges, Rumi skirt, Rumi boots". Rumi isn't a designer and almost every girl I knows wears variations of the same shit she does. It's called being trendy and, in my opinion, there's a lot more substance to Lulu than mere trends.

at first glance, the layering seems to shrink your petite frame. but somehow, it all blends in pretty well. stunning!!

Love the whole outfit, but must have that cardigan. That's such a great look, and I can imagine countless ways to wear those pieces, too.

holy crap! I never go back and look at posts again ... and I pretty much NEVER read other people's comments... BUT ARE THESE ANONYMOUS posters EFFING KIDDING?!?! If you have so much hate WHY ARE YOU HERE?!?! AAHH!! The "anonymous" thing is such the cowards way out. Crazy.

Ok. I'll stop yelling now.

katzarina said...

the truth is that she looks a lot like rumi.i haven't really staredat each garment that she wears and analyze it but at a first glance she is very much like her.this isn't necessarily bad and it doesn't mean that she is necessarily copying rumi too.that's my personal opinion

Anonymous said...

rumi is fashion
lulu is style

You can buy fashion but you can't buy style

Anonymous said...

lulu is crap

Robby said...

I wonder if Lulu is getting compared to Rumi because they're both Asian? Maybe it's me, but something wiffs of racism in some of the Anon posts she gets all the time (from a single bitter and hateful soul, it would seem). I think Rumi and Lulu are miles apart. Rumi has an accessible, trendy, commercial look. Lulu is far more eclectic, avante and scrappy. There is no comparison.
